finance capabilities to assist our clients lead their business in their
desired direction.
Based on an initial analysis of the clients'
needs, we will initiate a set of meetings and analyse appropriate
strategies and/or products to complement a tailor made
tactical/strategic set of recommendations. After analysing the findings
from these meetings together with the client, our team will draw up a
thorough report and a set of detailed recommendations with a time line
and a set of intermediate milestones.
ZETA Capital Advisory will
then present the findings to the client and agree a course of action
together with the client. We then allocate resources and identify which
ZETA Capital Advisory Team best fits the clients needs. Some of the
potential solutions would include ZETA acting as lead or co-lead
adviser:
- on arranging the set-up of a Malta based PIF or UCITS fund structure
- evaluating the benefits of a Malta based licensed financial services entity
- on a feasibility study mandate
